Full Time Mechanical Engineer - Building Science Specialist

Turner Building Science & Design, LLC is looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC engineering for commercial and/or industrial buildings. Ideal candidate would also have interest and experience in Building Science including: Moisture, Energy Modeling, Indoor Air Quality, and Life Cycle Analysis. The candidate must possess the ability to work well in a team-oriented, multidisciplined, small office environment, while meeting tight schedule and budgetary constraints. CAD, Excel, and field experience desirable.

Requirements:

Experience preparing construction documents & using energy modeling programs
Imminent professional registration
High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Mechanical Engineer with HVAC projects
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Comfortable and effective with clients and contractors as direct interface
Reliability and integrity
