- Electrical Engineer
Registered Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 4 years experience in the design of power, lighting, and building systems for retail, educational, commercial, institutional, and healcare facilities. Must possess working knowledge of construction documents and specifications, and have ability to produce directly on CAD.
- Mechanical Engineer
opening for a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 8 years experience in HVAC, plumbing design, fire protection and engineering for commercial and /or industrial buildings. Experience in Building Science, Moisture, Energy Modeling, Indoor Air Quality, and Life Cycle Analysis are desirable. The ideal candidate must posses the ability to work well in a team-oriented, multi-disciplined small office environment, while meeting tight schedule and budgetary constraints. CAD experience is a must, field experience desirable.
Requirements:
- Experience preparing construction documents
- Experience using energy modeling programs
- Professional Registration, or eminent professional registration
- High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Minimum 8 years experience as Mechanical Engineer for non-residential projects
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Comfortable and effective with clients and contractors as direct interface
- Reliability and integrity
- Architectural Intern/Designer
Requires a four year accredited degree in Architecture. AutoCAD experience preferred. Stong skills needed in design, graphic presentation, and construction detailing with CAD.
